We were really unimpressed. Mostly with the sales dept. Damien was awkward and somewhat irritable with my husband. He also seemed to drag it out, it took over 4.5 hours for simple trade. Then wait on the new vehicle to be cleaned and filled with gas even after we had signed papers. I had an awful screeching sound in my car 5 days after being serviced.. This is my first Honda! So, I was getting a little discouraged. I went first thing in the morning.
