The people who were at the desk, writing up the paperwork were great but had to bring the car back in to fix again. Mechanic didn't fix the first time and then I had to pay another $250 to get it fixed. Feel were great but had to bring the car back in to fix again. They must not have checked their work !!!! More

Found the 2020 Honda Civic LX on Autotrader and immediately made an inquiry. The price had been reduced per the ad and was a fair price. Salesman Bob Corley also immediately emailed me, and I cal immediately made an inquiry. The price had been reduced per the ad and was a fair price. Salesman Bob Corley also immediately emailed me, and I called him to advise I was on my way to test drive the vehicle. Meeting Bob made my entire experience! Not enough room here to say all the good things about him. He was friendly from the beginning, but more importantly, he quickly generated trust, making me more comfortable as the interaction and transaction progression occurred. Bob helped me with my trade-in, and even got a little more for me, which helped the numbers towards purchasing the Civic. I cannot thank Bob enough, and I will send anyone I hear that needs a car to Bob. I will be back to detail the car and say hello to Bob too. ALSO, before ending this review, I cannot forget to mention Darian Hall, the Finance Manager, who provided a stellar, perhaps record-breaking, service in processing the back end details to enable my own next steps in purchasing the vehicle.
