I made an appointment ahead of time so I could be in and out in a timely manner. I arrived before the appointment time and ended up being there I believe over a hour and half. When it had been a little over an hour I asked because I had another appointment that I needed to be at. At that point my car had not even been started. Once they finally got it done and checked me out they didn’t go over anything that it needed. Had I not looked at the paperwork later I wouldn’t have even know it needed the cabinet filter and the air filter. I drive a Chevrolet and always take my car to them for service. They go over everything with me before I leave. This is NOT the first time it has happened. Not the last time but the time before I was there with this same car they didn’t go over anything. I was sitting at a drive thru after leaving there and was looking at the paperwork and notice that it said my battery was bad. Sure enough I called there and they said yes please bring it back. So I assume that this is just the way you do it. It’s not good service. We just took the air filter out today to look at it to get another one and I can’t believe how filthy it is. I believe they should have came out and showed me how bad it was. I definitely would have had y’all to replace it while I was there, but I had no idea since no one said anything. Also the washer fluid had not been topped off. Your guy gave me a discount for the wait, but it is absolutely ridiculous! I’m going to have my husband to check all fluids now to make sure everything is good. I feel like my car was rushed through.

Where is says service advisor is 477 Christopher Csercsics?? This is my daughters car and she is in College in Rome so I don’t have the car often. My husband is going to check all the fluids. We picked up filters and are replacing those. Both were filthy. The air filter probably was the worst I’ve seen.
