I brought my 2018 CR-V in because it would not start all of a sudden. Jumped it and took it to a parts store, they checked the battery and said it was ok. They said the starter was bad. Took it to the dealer and in short time, they had me on my way with a new battery. Turns out the auto parts store isn't very accurate! I like Shottenkirk because it is so clean, everyone is friendly and helpful, and the wait is usually not that bad. I was also able to make an appointment quickly that morning. More

Normally a 5 star experience and I have no doubt it will be in the future. But this time I was very disappointed - scheduled online and took an entire day off from work to do 2 recall services, only to a be in the future. But this time I was very disappointed - scheduled online and took an entire day off from work to do 2 recall services, only to arrive and find out that they did not have the part for one of them. Was told the computer does not alert them when a part is needed. Honestly, that’s not my job to call and make sure they have everything they need on hand for a recall service. Honda needs to fix this either in the scheduling software, or in the dealership database to somehow ensure a service cannot be scheduled online without the part being ready when the customer arrives. More
