Tire was Ok - good news. I asked when ready - told 30-40 minutes. I showed up at 1pm - not ready - not washed!! I was told I could wait another hour. This was not doable. If I had been told 2pm when I called I would have waited to come back. Very frustrating and the young lady I dealt with didn't really care I was upset. I realized once I left I did not receive the printout on the things they did - plus I was supposed to get pricing on other things. The same lady said it would be emailed to me--- Still waiting - nothing has come. I would like the information about what was done. to be honest I don't know if they even did everything else. FRUSTRATED!!! More

I wish they had called me. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the shopping area across the street and killed over 2 hours. When we returned to check on the car at 12:30, it was in the same spot and we found out the repair had been completed at 10:11! We were never called even though your advisors knew we were waiting on the car. I hate to needlessly waste that much of a Saturday. More

Your sales person was fine but your tactics to sell warranties is poor and the price is rediculous especially beings your cars are suppose to be top quality they almost talked me out of buying the car warranties is poor and the price is rediculous especially beings your cars are suppose to be top quality they almost talked me out of buying the car whiles trying to sell the warranty after all that I think they should give the warranty to me for free it was very upsetting going through that process More
