Tire was Ok - good news. I asked when ready - told 30-40 minutes. I showed up at 1pm - not ready - not washed!! I was told I could wait another hour. This was not doable. If I had been told 2pm when I called I would have waited to come back. Very frustrating and the young lady I dealt with didn't really care I was upset. I realized once I left I did not receive the printout on the things they did - plus I was supposed to get pricing on other things. The same lady said it would be emailed to me--- Still waiting - nothing has come. I would like the information about what was done. to be honest I don't know if they even did everything else. FRUSTRATED!!! More
I wish they had called me. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the shopping area across the street and killed over 2 hours. When we returned to check on the car at 12:30, it was in the same spot and we found out the repair had been completed at 10:11! We were never called even though your advisors knew we were waiting on the car. I hate to needlessly waste that much of a Saturday. More
