"Express" Oil Change This was anything but an "Express" oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, when in fact I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment, and This was anything but an "Express" oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, when in fact I arrived at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment, and I left at 1:15. I received an excuse that the service advisor was at lunch. My question would be why was the 12:00 time offered for my appointment. I received only the oil change, which is what I requested, so that part was OK. No one tried to add extra services that I didn't require. More

I’ve never owned a car before so I was new to the whole car shopping experience. Being the cautious sort, I spent a month researching my options and working with several dealerships. Unfortunately, all o car shopping experience. Being the cautious sort, I spent a month researching my options and working with several dealerships. Unfortunately, all of them except this one were terrible—often dishonest, uninformed, and full of sales games that both wasted my time and insulted my intelligence. Shottenkirk was a breath of fresh air and entirely different than the rest. I was genuinely so impressed with their straightforwardness, courtesy, knowledge and lack of gamesmanship. Professionals. Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Special shout out to their salesman Gavin who was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Also got a terrific deal, price wise. More
