We really love your dealership and we kind of figure since it was Black Friday might have made a difference. But…simple things like smudges on the window and door handle are something you should clean if you made the mess. Not sure if you disconnected the battery or what but everything in the computer had to be rebooted. If you check the settings prior to disconnecting the battery or whatever was done that will allow you to reboot the car back to how it was. I haven’t experienced that before. Either way you know it needs to be done so please do it and not leave it for the customer. Again…we love bringing the car to you folks and we are really not trying to complain but when you ask for an appraisal of work…well then we have to be honest. Sincerely, William Costan 916-768-4534
