Everything was great, the service dept team, the timely manner in which it took to service my vehicle and the thorough multi-point inspection, which I was not expecting. Top notch. Only issue was, I made an appt over the phone, and gave the service rep all of my info and the types of services I needed on my vehicle, however upon arrival and check in, they had no record of my appt. I even showed the service tech the email conf I received for my appt, and still they had no record of my appt., so we had to start from scratch all over again to book the appt and enter all of my and my vehicle info. Luckily, the service dept was not swamped and was still able to service my vehicle. I was pressed for time for another appt I had to run to, so it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to enter all info again. Otherwise, very happy with the service provided. Thank you very much.
