I looked up the average price for this replacement was $1100. I should have checked around for other prices. I paid $1500+. The car is only 2.5 years old with 49K miles. I received a call about a quote and he said it would be $13xx.00 When I got there it was $15xx.00. He said he quoted me correctly and that he had to adjust the labor to stay in line with the quote.
