I cannot say enough on how much I appreciate the service manager Tyler Bone and Chris Csercsics. I must say that after being a Toyota person for over 50 years, I compared the pilot and the Highlander in s manager Tyler Bone and Chris Csercsics. I must say that after being a Toyota person for over 50 years, I compared the pilot and the Highlander in space for 8 grandchildren. The pilot won totally for me when I purchased the 2017 Pilot. I love driving the SUV with its space and handling. Tyler and Chris Csercsics have totally surpassed my expectations with nothing more than professionalism,, they both treated me with respect and sincere concern about me as a customer. I have never had a dealership treat me with such kindness, not intimidation or talking/treating me as though I'm a stupid woman or old grandma! I have 2 relatives who have purchased cars with Shottenkirk since I bought mine almost 5 years ago and I will continue to refer this dealership to others. Please let the Honda executives know that from the bottom of my heart, I so appreciate Tyler and his service team. I am considering purchasing another pilot in the very near future and it will only be with Shottenkirk. Thank you Tyler Bone and Chris Csercsics !! More
