I had my car towed in because I believed my brakes were failing. Within hours I re wives a call telling me everything was fine, it was just a case of the anti lock braking system reacting to very wet roads failing. But Angie my Service Associate was extremely helpful and compassionate in a situation that scared me to death. More

This is not the first time they have either not put all the lug nuts back on our cars or lost the lug nut key and spare lug nuts. I have had an issue with this service dept every time i’ve used them.
