I had my first appointment with this dealership after purchasing the vehicle and I was a bit disappointed. I got the Shottenkirk package when I purchased the vehicle that includes the first 12 oil change purchasing the vehicle and I was a bit disappointed. I got the Shottenkirk package when I purchased the vehicle that includes the first 12 oil changes free. I was recommended at the dealership to go ahead and get the 10k mile check up which I agreed to which included a treatment for window trim to help it not dry rot. When I came to pick up the vehicle, I was given a charge that did not include the free oil change and had to talk to a few people before getting it settled and verified that I was to only pay for the 10k package excluding the oil change. I later discovered that the had made a terrible mess with the window trim treatment all over my read windows where the treatment was just sprayed at the trim and not worked in. This is not the best was to make a good first impression. More
