I waited 2.5 hours for my tires to be rotated and a "free" car wash and vacuum I was sent for my birthday. Total waste of my time, the same bugs were on the front of my car when I left, as when I arri "free" car wash and vacuum I was sent for my birthday. It was just not done well or almost not at all and a complete waste of my time. I was quoted an hour and a half, I gave them an extra HOUR to complete the task. At the 2.5 hour mark, I very politely said I'm not mad, but I want my car back no matter what was completed on it. They then realize my key was already back on the hook inside. Just poor service overall. I won't be back to their service department. More
