I tried to contact the service manager prior to this review, got his voicemail left a message and no response. I had a fuel pump recall on my vehicle. After having the fuel pump installed I was told th review, got his voicemail left a message and no response. I had a fuel pump recall on my vehicle. After having the fuel pump installed I was told the vehicle might have a slight gas smell due to spilled fuel. Noooooo it was not slight I had to drive home in the rain with the windows down due to the strong headache making smell. I got home and opened all the doors to my vehicle and put a fan in my CRV and a hour later the smell was so strong in my garage I was afraid a spark would set it ablaze. I removed me vehicle from the garage removed the rear seats tp access the panel above the fuel pump and spent 15 minutes using degreaser and soap to remove gas from the tank and lip of the tank so I could safely park my vehicle back in my garage. This gas tank rinsing should have been taking care of by the dealership and should be and probably is protocol from Honda. Sooner or later this will cause a catastrophic fire and possibly death to some unfortunate family and sorry isn't gonna cover it. And making excuses for a unskilled technician doesn't work either. More

You did the work just fine. But looking through my paperwork I noticed a note that said "Engine cover missing". No one told me about this - I had to find the note myself. I asked about it and told you paperwork I noticed a note that said "Engine cover missing". No one told me about this - I had to find the note myself. I asked about it and told your guy that 2 weeks ago you replaced my injectors per a SB and the engine cover would have been removed then. He researched it to see who did the work and found my cover and re-installed it. I'm glad that all happeded and you still had my cover, but the fact that I drove out of there two weeks ago without my cover added to the fact that I had to ask about the missing cover, bothers me a bit. More
