I purchased the car in Cumming, Ga. I live in Cartersville and was hoping to have it serviced closer to home. The gentleman who was speaking with said “Honda doesn’t really make recommendations for service.” I asked to schedule an oil change and decided when I arrived I would talk to a service advisor. Angie was my advisor. She provided me with the service recommended. I was very pleased with her knowledge and recommendations. Chris was the technician. We drove the car to find a noise in the door. While driving he noticed the brakes pulsated during a stop. I had forgotten to ask to have that checked. He recommended the rotors be resurfaced which I agree to have the service performed. I extremely pleased with how the car is performing. It drives like-new again. When I arrived to pick up my car, Emily promptly greeted me and got me on the road within minutes. I’m quite pleased with the service department. I will highly recommend them and look forward to having all service performed there from now on. More
Brought CRV in for new tires, appointment was made and was completed in a timely matter. My only complaint is I had to return on 06/23 due to Low Tire Pressure light coming on. The people who were at the desk, writing up the paperwork were great but had to bring the car back in to fix again. Mechanic didn't fix the first time and then I had to pay another $250 to get it fixed. Feel were great but had to bring the car back in to fix again. They must not have checked their work !!!! More
