Usually they’re good but I was disappointed this time. The last 2 oil changes they recommended tires so when I got there I told that to the service guy. He said it didn’t really look like I needed tires b The last 2 oil changes they recommended tires so when I got there I told that to the service guy. He said it didn’t really look like I needed tires but he would get them to check. I told him I had problems with my battery and had to be jumped off so he said they would check it. About 45 min they told me my car was ready I went to check out, surprised no one had came and told me anything. So I asked about the tires and they said the back ones were worn but the front ones still had Miles. I then asked asked about the battery and she said yeah it shows in the red. So I said well why didn’t you come tell me? She said well it won’t take long so just go back and have a seat. This just isn’t the way it’s been handled. Very disappointed More
