I was in the area and it was time for an oil change/ rotation (and, maybe more. I don’t keep up with the service because the Shottenkirk Team does!). They worked me in and gave me a ride to donate bloo rotation (and, maybe more. I don’t keep up with the service because the Shottenkirk Team does!). They worked me in and gave me a ride to donate blood ... and then picked me up when I was done and had my car ready to go! This Team works with people to optimize solutions. Angie rang me to talk through options (my tires will need replacing next oil change) and already started me thinking options for when that time comes. This Team is why I keep coming back, and, because of them, my 2011 with almost 200K miles looks and runs like new. Thanks again to Tyler and the Team for another excellent experience! More
I made an appointment online. The Shattenkirk employee told me that my appointment doesn't exist and usually online appointments don't register in their system. The attendees were great. The manager Tyler, not so much. It's hard to find polite words about him. Why is it so difficult to put a remote start on an already capable Honda at Schottenkirk but only t much. It's hard to find polite words about him. The service advisor are pleasant and knowledgable and the waiting area is comfortable and bright.
