Left machine hooked up to battery and drained it then had to jump my car when I had never had battery problem before going in there. Was enquiring about my map light bulb being replaced and they tried to tel to jump my car when I had never had battery problem before going in there. Was enquiring about my map light bulb being replaced and they tried to tell me it was the whole system, when I told them I knew it was just the bulb because passenger side worked perfectly fine they were just like “oh, then yeah, it’s just the bulb”. Done my oil change and waited until after that was finished before even ordering in the other bulb that I was needing replaced on my car. All in all, for an oil change and the replacement of 2 simple bulbs, I was there for 4 hours. People had come and gone many times. They told me my breaks were at a 3... I’ve had the car for not even 5 months. When I initially got the car, the breaks were squealing so I took it back to them 2 days later to ask them about it. They claimed to have looked at the breaks and said they were perfect and it was just happening because it was after market breaks, which I have used before on other vehicles and never had this problem. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I’ve lost most trust in that place More
