I was greeted promptly, my needs addressed professionally, and by Civic relocated to the bay quickly for the Oil Change and Inspection. I had quite a few lights on my dashboard. Got an appointment right away and when I dropped off the car, everything was explained about the diagnostics. The short of this review is that they are not professional. My van came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed new tires and I declined at this time as I do not drive often ( professional. My van came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed new tires and I declined at this time as I do not drive often (less than 200 miles a month). I brought my van in at 2 pm when I had a 2:30 pm appointment. I was told it would be ready in a few hours. I was called a few hours later and told I had 4 active recalls on my van from Honda and that they WOULD have it completed and ready for pick up NO LATER THAN 6:30 PM when they closed. I called at 5:30 and again I was promised it would be ready by 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6 pm and was told it would be ready by 6:30 pm, again. At 6:55 pm I was told that I would get the emailed invoice for services completed and that they had to order a handle for the right back sliding door due to the recall work. I stated no I wanted the printed form of the receipt then before leaving as I keep records of all repairs and work on my vehicles for future reference and since my van is still well within warranty I wanted to be covered. I then waited until after 7 pm to receive my van which was parked by the side of the building where I could not see it from inside. I proceeded to get in my van and noticed grease stains on the steering wheel, inside interior dash, and all over the dash board area which looked like someone smeared their greasy hands while working. I then noticed that my steering wheel had been placed at the highest adjustable position and material was sticking out on both sides of the steering column going into the dash. Then I noticed my sliding doors did not work. I understand they had to do things to complete the work however I expect my van to be returned to me clean, the doors working, etc. My air was turned up, my mpg was decreased from 24 mpg to 5 (hello you do not need to run my van while you work! or you can buy my gas!), the vents were all moved and dirty, my radio settings were changed, and the recalls were not even ones Honda shows for my specific van (I checked online with Honda.) My husband took my van back to get the part for the door handle replaced since it came in on Tuesday from being ordered and told Eric what had occurred. He promised to fix it all and have my van detailed as well as being ready for pick up by 3 pm. We called at 2:30 pm since NO one had called us and were told it was ready. Thanks for the phone call follow up! We arrived for pick up my van which was quick. My van was NOT detailed as promised as evidenced by the rotting gallon of milk found a few days later in my van. We will be taking our business elsewhere and DO NOT recommend this dealership. More
I was very pleased with my service advisor Nick. He explained so many things to me about my auto. And he even talked to me about the new hybrid CRV when I asked about new models. I had to bring my car back to the dealership 2 days after a routine oil change on a brand new car because we found oil spots in the garage. Very disappointed. They did make it right and explained how it hap a routine oil change on a brand new car because we found oil spots in the garage. Very disappointed. They did make it right and explained how it happened. It was merely just excess oil that had collected on the frame, I believe from over filling. It was not because of anything major like a loose bolt on the oil pan thankfully. Just hated I had to call in late to work for what I thought was an oil leak. More
