Upon further review, they determined we needed a replacement of the engine harness can by rodents eating some of the wiring. The replacement part and service was rather expensive. Ms. Lewis was very helpful and supportive throughout our ordeal. She assisted us with our insurance company and was persistent with them in getting them to do their job. She provided us a car to drive for most of the repair time which was very helpful. She was always kind and helpful when I called to review where they were in getting the car fixed. She is definitely an asset to your service department. More
