Mike and Robert were very thorough and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The only negative I have about this visit is that Tori in service was cussing around my 3 year old child. I feel that lang appreciated as a customer. The only negative I have about this visit is that Tori in service was cussing around my 3 year old child. I feel that language used at work in a professional environment and around customers needs to be more professional that what she personally displayed. There is no reason to have to use profanity in or around the work place especially in the presence of customers. More

Oil change I have had several services performed at Shottenkirk, and I am well pleased with the customer service, and the mechanical service.
