It was oil change time and when I called we were told to come on in. Upon arrival several vehicles were ahead of us in line. Our advisor, Emily, met us at our pilot and took our information. In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, this dealership has become even more of an oasis to visit. Angie Angell is indeed an angel among angels in the Service Dept. Interestingly, while getting my 2017 CR-V serviced, I checked in with Sr. Sales Rep Bob Corley, with whom we have dealt with in previous purchases, and we ended up doing a trade into a 2020 CR-V right there. Highly successful, as the 2017 model was in great shape, always being serviced by Shottenkirk techs. I could not be happier all around! More

I dropped my car off the night before and picked it up the next day. Because of the whole coronavirus I didn’t see anybody til I picked my car up. I paid over the phone So all I had to do was pick my ke the next day. Because of the whole coronavirus I didn’t see anybody til I picked my car up. I paid over the phone So all I had to do was pick my keys up at The main desk. The only thing that bothers me is when I got in my car and reached to use my hand sanitizer it was gone! Right now that’s like stealing my winning lottery ticket! Especially right now since you can’t find any in the stores! I’m a healthcare worker and I keep a bottle in my car at all times so I was very frustrated when I did not have my hand sanitizer! More
