Service was great. TJ was awesome! Not dropping us at Bounce-Beans because you can’t drive my car is illogical. Bounce-n-Beans is less than 1 mile away. The tech could ride over listen for sounds, etc. Then drive it back themselves when they’re the only person in the car. Reverse it at the end. They’re never driving me in my car. More

No pleased with service I dropped my car off at 9:15 and was told I could come back at noon to pick it up and it wasn't ready when I got dropped off at 1Pm. It was ready at 2 I dropped my car off at 9:15 and was told I could come back at noon to pick it up and it wasn't ready when I got dropped off at 1Pm. It was ready at 2:00. No one ever called to communicate this with me. Very dissappointed More
