I live in downtown Marietta City but have no problem driving to Cartersville to have my Ridgeline serviced by your service department. My only complaint, and in no way the service departments problem but the dealerships', is that at on my last visit I found out that I will now be charge a fee to use my card vs cash or check. In today's society, carring a checkbook is so obsolete and having that amount of cash in my wallet is unheard of. I understand the added cost from a business standpoint as I am a small business and have these fees and they do add up; however, you have chosen to accept "plastic" so the responsibility should be on you not added to the customer. These fees do balance out over time. I hope that the dealership takes the customers concerns such as these and perhaps reconsider the inconvience you have no imposed on your loyal regular customers.
