Ethan took my vehicle in this morning and talked with me about what I had in mind and helped me arrive at the specific services that I needed. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me the price estimate I should expect. When it was discovered that I needed an alignment he called me, explained it to me, told me how it would change the price and was very honest and up front with me. He did not try to persuade me. . he gave me pros and cons and allowed me to make the decision. I am a 62 year old female owner of this vehicle and I'm at the mercy of the "mechanic". I know I do not have to worry about being mislead at Jerry Damson Honda. They treat me like I'm family and it is a WONDERFUL experience. This is my first Honda and I will never drive anything else. . partially because it's a great vehicle but ALSO because I can trust the employees there. I have had the car since 2013 but recently got a new phone. I had no idea how to set up the Blue tooth so simply was not using it.
