Our salesman had actually left the dealership to deal with something, and we were just told to wait on him. We had been there over three hours at this point, so we had to find someone else to take our trade in key and get the key to our new car after waiting another 30 mins for the salesman to return. We understand multitasking while our car is being prepped, but having to wait an extra half hour (or more if we hadn’t been diligent) AFTER the car is ready because the man is just MIA is wild. More

Disappointed that you charge a fee for using a debit/credit card. You should reconsider that policy. I try to avoid the businesses that do this. I have used Honda Services for all my Hondas over t debit/credit card. You should reconsider that policy. I try to avoid the businesses that do this.
