My 3 star review is for the following reasons. A. Finance department was not what I would have expected given my experiences with the Dodge/Chrysler dealership next door to them and the 14 vehic A. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership for my sister. It was my first ever visit here. B. Once inside the finance office, the music was playing so loud on his speaker I had to strain to hear him. The music was also inappropriate in my opinion. C. During the finance visit, we were continually interrupted by employees coming into the office to ask questions and socialize. It seemed very unprofessional. The sales person was good and professional with no issues there. Due to the finance experience, I would not go back. More

I just moved recently from another city and I'll admit that that I was spoiled by the Hyundai dealership there. So I apologize, my expectations were a bit lower for Shottenkirk Hyundai walking in. Walkin that that I was spoiled by the Hyundai dealership there. So I apologize, my expectations were a bit lower for Shottenkirk Hyundai walking in. Walking out was a different story! There had been a scheduling issue that was easily resolved and very little inconvenience on my part but they took it seriously and went above and beyond to make it right. This is my second Hyundai and second Hyundai dealership to work with. I've been very impressed all the way around! I'd like to thank the Service Advisor very much for making this a experience worth remembering. More
