Would rate a 10/10 and Mike my sales guy was great. However I find it uncalled for to offer a $900 maintenance package that you are forced to buy and cannot opt out of. Sometimes those things are nice However I find it uncalled for to offer a $900 maintenance package that you are forced to buy and cannot opt out of. Sometimes those things are nice but I bought a 15 year old car and don't find it necessary. Even if I did I want the option to decide not be forced to pad profit and sales commission. I would buy here again if I wasn't forced to buy a maintenance package. Hard to be a loyal customer when the dealership is forcing things. Sales guy was great and enjoyed the vehicle but the numbers game y'all played really turned me off. More
