We purchase a pre-owned Cadillac Escalade here recently and the experience is wonderful. Our sales person even deliver the vehicle to our house. I would recommend coming to see David. and the experience is wonderful. Our sales person even deliver the vehicle to our house. I would recommend coming to see David. More

The car was a fair price, and we were willing to pay the asking price. What we were not willing to pay for was the un-advertised, and non-negotiable, $2,000 in 'extras': $1395 for their 'care package', $399 for window tinting, and $179 for nitrogen and a road hazard warranty. This is in addition to $699 doc fee. Do they only treat their woman customers like this? Or everyone? We'll never know. My wife walked away. I feel it's sneaky, and it's the reason why used car dealers have a bad name. More
Beware of this dealership. I spoke on the phone and through text with salespeople about a specific Sonata color/trim combination that I was interested in. I drove an hour to come see it from Atlanta an through text with salespeople about a specific Sonata color/trim combination that I was interested in. I drove an hour to come see it from Atlanta and it "was sold earlier that day." Classic bait and switch and I should have left right then and there but they had my second choice so I figured I'd still talk to the salesman on the lot. I will say the salesman I worked with in person (not the same from the phone call or text) was very helpful and we were able to get to the price I was looking for. The real problem came in with the finance manager. They play a lot of shady games and will change the numbers you agreed on with the salesman when you walk into the finance office. They changed the price and tried to add on $3000 in warranties that I did not want. I would avoid this dealership completely if you can. More
This was by far the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Five and half hours. Negotiating for an agreed price went ok with Tyler, our sales rep. It wasn't until we met with the finance rep that ever had. Five and half hours. Negotiating for an agreed price went ok with Tyler, our sales rep. It wasn't until we met with the finance rep that the experience went really really bad. First he attempted to raise the original negotiated price up by adding in $4000. Then he said we couldn't get the low interest rate we were promised. After threatening to walk he lowered the price to $2000 over the negotiated price. At that point we moved our items back out of the intended purchasing vehicle into our own vehicle, The Finance rep finally came back out with the correct negotiated price and the promised interest rate. The finance manager was deceptive and wrong to attempt manipulating our original negotiated price. Be Aware this guy plays the car dealership rip off artists. Watch him carefully. Personally I would never go to this dealership, unless you are looking for a nightmare experience. More
On March 6, 2021 I purchased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Shottenkirk Hyundai in Canton, GA. As part of the sales agreement, the dealership agreed to reimburse the the first two months of my payments. I was Shottenkirk Hyundai in Canton, GA. As part of the sales agreement, the dealership agreed to reimburse the the first two months of my payments. I was given a “We Owe” form, signed by the sales manager and told I would receive my check in the mail once they had “been funded by corporate”. After approximately 6 weeks I had not received my check and contacted the dealership to find out when I could expect it. I was put through to finance and left a message. Rinse and repeat. After more unfruitful attempts, I spoke with B. He said he didn’t have access to the information needed to help me, but the general manager RR was in a meeting (of course) and he would pass my info along. I asked for direct contact info, and was given a non-functioning phone number and an email. I went ahead and emailed the manager and here is the exchange: Good morning This is RR and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. This is the first time I’ve heard that you were trying to get a hold of me. I’d be more than happy to honor your “we owe”; however, you would have to come pick up check. Can you tell me what works for you? Hi RR As I'm sure you can understand, I am highly doubtful this is the first time you've heard about my issue--I've spoken with CW, B, and left a number of messages as well as this email you finally decided to respond to. I can pick up my check this evening. Please let me know what time it will be ready. Dealer manager response: Why would I lie to you ma’am. I do not know who you are? I don’t have to honor the “we owe” if you don’t believe me. Shottenkirk customer service at its finest! Long story short, after submitting a complaint with Hyundai Corporate and the BBB, the manager finally agreed I could come pick up my check that Friday. On Friday morning I drove the 40 minutes to the dealership. I asked the receptionist for my check which was not in her desk drawer, so she went to speak with the manager in his glassed-in office in the back. She came back and told me I’d have to come back that afternoon. I informed her I wouldn’t leave until I got my check or the manager came to speak to me. I was frustrated and raising my voice. I noticed the manager flee his glassed-in office to a back room out of view, leaving the 20-some-year-old receptionist to deal with me. B, the aforementioned wrong-telephone-number-giving salesman came up and asked what was going on and tried to get me to leave and come back that afternoon. I declined, and B and I exchanged further words. He told me that RR said Friday, but not Friday morning specifically—exactly the sort of juvenile behavior I had come to expect from a Shottenkirk employee. I replied he had had 4 days to get this check ready and that they were lying to me again hoping I would drop the issue. At this point another employee came out. I explained and he told me to come back that afternoon. I refused and he told me to leave the dealership. I refused to do that either, so he threatened to call the police. I told him I wasn’t leaving and he called 911. I stayed to speak with the police. The officer spoke with an employee, returned and told me if I came back at 3pm they would personally escort me into the dealership to pick up my check. I returned at 3pm and the officer escorted me in. There were a number of customers present, so I’m sure they were wondering why I needed a police officer with me—hopefully they recognized it as somewhat of a bad sign and took their business elsewhere. In any case, I was given my check and opened it on the spot. As a final, parting “F**k you”, they wrote the check for $100 less than I was due. I’m sure I’ll be receiving a payment for that $100 in the mail any day now… More
Ed was friendly and helpful when I bought my Sonata. He offered me several comparisons of not only price points but of the varying features of each car.
