Great, except for the fact they are passing credit card fees onto the customer. My service was good. This is no fault of the service people but I do feel if they want to keep their business they need to fees onto the customer. My service was good. I came in with a list of my "must haves" in a car. One of those was a towing package. We specifically asked the salesperson if the car I was considering had a towing package and if so, did it have a One of those was a towing package. The car I was purchasing was in detail so I didn't get to see it until after all the paperwork was signed. I immediately noticed a couple significant scratches and the salesperson said they could easily be fixed. We drove to eat about a mile away and noticed a huge scratch on the opposite side. The next morning I went to hook up a trailer only to find there was no hitch. I called the salesperson and he did remember our conversation and said he would need to talk to his manager. He called back the next day and told me that the hitch was about $300 and he would send me the money since I live a couple hours away. I asked about he scratches and he said I would need to call service department to schedule. I immediately called and she told me she would have to talk to a manager and have him call me back that afternoon (Saturday). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were too busy to call back. I called Monday at 10am and asked to speak to the sales manager. Adam told me that Palisades weren't available with the towing package and our salesperson must have misunderstood my question. I could bring it in to have the scratches buffed out. When I arrived I was questioned as to what scratches were actually on the car when I bought it - seriously? The car was stickered at over $56,000 and I feel that they pulled a bait and switch or just simply deceived me. I NEVER would have purchased a Palisade if I had been told they weren't available with a towing package. Adam did offer to check to see if there were now available and install for me at their cost. So, basically, they deceptively sold me a car then tell me I have to pay extra for what I thought I was buying originally. More

Paperwork took way too long. If you make appointments don’t think it should take 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Ask about my keys and guy couldn’t find them.
