The wait is ridiculously long. I had an appointment and after working all day I was told I would have to wait 2.5 hours for my car to be done. What is the point of making appointments if you can’t get your car in when it’s scheduled? You’re overbooking and frustrating your customers. Many mistakes were made. I bought a new vehicle that wasn't on the lot. The financial paperwork said the Kona had 50 miles on it. In reality it had 750 miles. That isn't new. I bought a new vehicle that wasn't on the lot. The financial paperwork said the Kona had 50 miles on it. In reality it had 750 miles. That isn't new. I would not have driven an hour from home to purchase a "new" vehicle with that many miles. Also, a mistake was made during financing. I found out two weeks after the purchase that the interest rate was actually higher than what I signed for. More
