My AC went out on me while visiting from out of town. Shottenkirk was able to give me a same day appointment when all other dealers were weeks out! Their service team quickly ran a thorough diagnostic and sent a clean, user-friendly link outlining each issue, with clear descriptions and itemized repair costs. Transparent, and easy to understand. A special nod to Service Rep, Imee & Service Director, Joe—an absolute pleasure to work with. On the sales side, we were hunting for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Wonderful caring team working at Shottenkirk Hyundai went out of their way for me. I wanted a rare color of the Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid top of the line. Red with a light grey interior.
