Communication on the status of my warranty repair was poor until I called the dealership GM. I was constantly told, "I don't know" rather than someone checking and giving any update. No customer wants poor until I called the dealership GM. I was constantly told, "I don't know" rather than someone checking and giving any update. No customer wants to be told that. Dealership did not even know the warranty repair had been approved 6 days earlier than an update request (another I don't know update) and had to find out from the customer. Disappointed in my service experience with this dealership. More

Overall excellent service. We did had a hiccup, but Tim and Adam working on getting the deal done. * Vehicle Prep - First time I have EVER purchased a new car and the tire We did had a hiccup, but Tim and Adam working on getting the deal done. * Vehicle Prep - First time I have EVER purchased a new car and the tire pressure was correct. I have purchased well over 20 vehicle in my life. So, I notice the details. :) * Customer focused. With our hiccup Tim reassured me were would make the deal work. * Elvia in finance was super nice and joy to talk with. She did NOT try any hard sale on extras, but was quick to answer questions. * All Facilities were clean and neat, break room stocked with snakes and water. * My new Palisade was cleaned up very nicely. Changed my mind, so they cleaned up two vehicles, and both look nice! * My sales rep Joshua is on his 2nd month selling car. But, he did well and followed up with every question and concern I had.
