I had several issues that the service techs couldn't replicate. Had one issue with my air filter and after they fixed, now having an issue with the flaps not closing on the vents. Also, had booked a transmission issue appointment, and when I arrived was asked if someone ever spoke to me. No one called me. I was then told a transmission appointment takes around four days with my vehicle. Also, booked a shuttle with my appointment, and arrived to be told there was no shuttle . I had to pay for an Uber. Disappointed all around. More
