I showed them a picture of the warning signs appearing on the dash screen, engine, battery and a car with a red slash thru it. However they drove my KIA NIRO for 100 miles and as nothing appeared, they said they could do nothing. It appeared again on a Saturday morning then went away. Unless it shows on a weekday, there is no point in driving down. Apparently this was a frequent problem with some 2023 NIRO cars but not in Quincy. I feel I may have a lemon which might break down on a cold winter day when I am driving and the signs appear again. Possibly my luck will hold but it is kind of like waiting for something to go off. Takes too long to get vehicle serviced and to get qualified techs to get right after two times. This is costly and very time consuming. Not he service department I once knew. Parts are another issue qualified techs to get right after two times. This is costly and very time consuming. Not he service department I once knew. Parts are another issue causing further delay. I am seriously considering selling my Kia's altogether after nearly tens years as a paying customer. Your service had dramatically fallen to a minimal level of professionalism and competency. Very disappointing. More
