I called Shottenkirk Nissan Katy to confirm they could perform a state inspection for my 2015 Altima .. The lady who answered my call was very warm and engaging and transferred me to service department wh perform a state inspection for my 2015 Altima .. The lady who answered my call was very warm and engaging and transferred me to service department where I spoke to a delightful lady who assured me Shottenkirk Nissan Katy could do a state inspection for me. Sandro Tamayo greeted me when I arrived at the service lane and facilitated my visit to the dealership. Sandro inquired about the mileage on the odometer and I requested that my oiled be changed and tires be rotated as well. I asked Sandro how long my service would take and he replied 45 minutes to an hour. I was back in my car headed home in just over an later. Thank you Sandro! More
