Customer Service was very good, but I had reservations on the Diagnostic Testing Fees and the cost for the repairs. They make it so easy to do what needs to be done. I had an oil change/tire rotation done. I was greeted immediately upon pulling into the bay. The service writer was very friendly and helpful. I sat in a very clean waiting room for only about 45 minutes. The video from the mechanic was awesome. That is the first time I've seen that and I was impressed by the thoroughness of the mechanic.
