The Nissan Sentra have an issue with the transmission; the dealership knows about it. They charge 6900$ to fix it, and offer 1000$ to buy my car towards a new one. Went to purchase a vehicle the salesman was great .but when I got the offer from the dealership they added 3k for fees+another 1k for low jack and 1500 for dealership prep of a vehicle that was not cleane when I got the offer from the dealership they added 3k for fees+another 1k for low jack and 1500 for dealership prep of a vehicle that was not cleaned so....they added 5500 in fees said the fees are not negotiable.these are add on when you make a deal.walked out on them .really sad the sales team is great. Jeff was so helpful and not pushing. He was able to help us find what we were looking for in our budget. When something didn’t look right he double checked it and fixed it. She didn’t explain much and was forceful when it came to getting the payment. We were on a time crunch and she did not care when we said we needed to go. She also refused to give a copy of the paperwork and made us take another trip up to the dealership. When we switched to Daniel he was nice and fixed anything that was wrong. He took the time to make sure we were understanding what was being signed. More
