Everyone at Shottenkirk Nissan Katy that I encountered was professional, friendly, and warm. They were not only representatives of the dealership but actual people that connected with you from the very b was professional, friendly, and warm. Johnny was very approachable and went to work to make the deal happen and of course it did. And what can be said of Chris, he is the best, easy to talk to and explained how everything finally came together. Everyone explained the process completely, so you were never left in the dark. That is what people expect wherever they go which isn't asking too much. Even the guys that were not directly involved were courteous and friendly like holding the door open for you. Everyone had a nice friendly smile and made you feel at home. My sister and I could hang out there every day. The staff there is a good fit.
