I was unimpressed by the video that was shared for the service itself. it seems like there is not a standard checklist of things that the technician reviews in the video. On previous visits i have gotten a comprehensive overview with including tires, brakes, filters, shocks, CV joints, other general under carriage reviews, fluid levels etc. but this time it was only tires and brakes. I think there needs to be a standard to the video inspection that the customers receive. I really appreciate the comprehensive overview because it also helps me understand the recommendations and make educated decisions. Overall Nissan does a great job and Jamie is always my to go service dept rep. I trust him and he provides exceptional customer service. More
