I had a 0700 appointment and like clockwork Jaime was ready for me to drop off my truck. He was clear on the expected time needed for the repair and was clear on what the costs would be up front. Super friendly, and immediately offered up a loaner when they had to keep my car due to the fact that one of the 3 recalls was a pretty major safety Super friendly, and immediately offered up a loaner when they had to keep my car due to the fact that one of the 3 recalls was a pretty major safety issue (rear brake calipers). I asked if they would do an oil change and tire rotation while they had the car, since those were due, as well. He said "absolutely" and even told me that I had 6 of them free of charge from when I bought the car 2 years ago (which I was NOT told at the time...the guy I dealt with in the financing department back then was HORRENDOUS and a huge jerk). Jaime restored my faith in this dealership after having had such a bad experience when I bought my car. More
