This dealership sold me a vehicle with tires that had little to no tread left. Because it “passed vehicle inspection” they would not provide me with 4 new tires after I spent a great amount of money purc little to no tread left. Customer Service here has gone way downhill. This dealership use to be so much better. I had to bring my car in for a recall. I made the appointment for 2pm online a week ahead and even noted This dealership use to be so much better. I had to bring my car in for a recall. I made the appointment for 2pm online a week ahead and even noted what the appointment was for. The morning of, I called to ask how long it will take so I know if I need to have someone pick me up. They advised it would take 3-4 hours and they wouldn't be able to do it at 2pm since they close at 5pm. I questioned why no one called me to advise of this and asked if I could bring the car in early. I was told to go ahead and bring it in. I brought it in and stood there as no one cared to even acknowledge I arrived and was standing there. Everyone just either was chit chatting with other employees or staring down at their phone. I finally said excuse me and the guy in front of acknowledged me and asked what i wanted. He then told me again that it will take 3-4 hours and that they will call me when complete. I left and within 15 mins got a text with a video showing an inspection and "everything that was wrong with my car" that came to a potential service bill of over $1200. I called and told them I was not interested in any work done and all i brought it in for was the recall. 10 mins later, I received a call saying my car was done. That's a total of 25 mins. I didn't even make it home yet and had to turn around. When I got there, I asked the guy so what was done to the car and he said recall stuff. I asked what was actually done to fix the recall. He said 'computer stuff'. At this point I was just annoyed and got my key and left. Apparently they tell you 3-4 hours so that they can tell you everything that is wrong with your car (filters, alignment, fluid changes) to see if they can sell you service. If you decline, they tell you your car is done 10 minutes later. So the recall only took 10 minutes. Sleazy service. In sales, they tell you they want a customer for life but in service they will screw you over. More
George Peters is always ready to address any concerns that I am having with my vehicle. Even though I did not have an appointment he assured me that they would look over my vehicle and address any issue that I am having with my vehicle.
