Service was just average. Service asle is small, outdated and used for tire storage, not very welcoming. I felt the service advisor put me second to other things he was doin Service asle is small, outdated and used for tire storage, not very welcoming. I felt the service advisor put me second to other things he was doing, not to particular to being astute. I was in and out in a reasonable time (waited for vehicle), but the write-up process seemed needlessly long, I was the only customer on the service asle at the time... There is lots of opportunity for improvement on many different level for this service organization, tools, technology, environment, customer service. Time to step into the modern age. More
