I took my car in for a/c repair and was there for 20 days! The service person would not give me any updates - I had to initiate all information. At one point 5 days prior to it being ready he texted he days! The service person would not give me any updates - I had to initiate all information. At one point 5 days prior to it being ready he texted he was getting us a rental, however never followed up. Never even informed me when the car was ready. Worst experience ever! More

Took my car in for some repairs/tune-up/inspection and was immediately greated by Jamie in the service department. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and Jamie kept me posted throughout was immediately greated by Jamie in the service department. Rick (I believe the GM) approached me while I was there just to ask if I was taken care of and if there was anything he could do to make my experience better. Overall my experience was great and will continue to bring my car back for service and when it’s time to buy, I’m definitely come here!!! More
