Car was always serviced there for several years, however, they failed to advise about few items such as CTV transmission failure, battery needed replacement (which let me stranded at a parking lot) and other they failed to advise about few items such as CTV transmission failure, battery needed replacement (which let me stranded at a parking lot) and other items. If I was taking my car there I was expecting a better service since it is not cheap and they can track what the car needs. It battery is tested they should have recommended to change it as well as other items. More
