I took my car in for a/c repair and was there for 20 days! The service person would not give me any updates - I had to initiate all information. At one point 5 days prior to it being ready he texted he days! The service person would not give me any updates - I had to initiate all information. Took my car in for some repairs/tune-up/inspection and was immediately greated by Jamie in the service department. Service provided was good, but I’m having my thoughts on if they properly inspected the vehicle. Before taking my Nissan Sentra for an oil change I took it to my local mechanic and replaced stuff that the d if they properly inspected the vehicle. Before taking my Nissan Sentra for an oil change I took it to my local mechanic and replaced stuff that the dealer mentioned was needed to get replaced on my visit (Brake fluid flush, Coolant flush, cabin air filter, alignment and drive belt). I ended up denying it all that, because like I said I had all that replaced my by local mechanic 6 days before the oil change at the dealership. More
