I am Sheree Lucas, Freddie's wife, and I came into the dealership yesterday to get my oil changed. Being a female, there is the feeling of getting taken advantage of and just trusting the guys to do what they say and not come back with something wrong with my car. When I received a text, with the link to click on so I could literally watch my car on video and the tech was explaining everything in detail what they were doing, and get this, I could actually see the oil coming out of my car!!! All the those insecurities I had before gone!!! I am loving my 2021 Altima. I really love the security features. I will definitely be getting my next car from Nissan. You all know how to get customers and keep them happy!!! Thank you for such an awesome experience!!! More
