Will was very helpful and nice during my visit. He promised my SUV's oil change would be done in an hour and I wasn't sure because there were a ton of people waiting in the lobby, well he was right! First time using this Nissan dealership since the ownership change. Have used this location since it was Autonation (then Katy Nissan). We are in often as we stay on top of vehicle maintenance. Didn’ ownership change. Have used this location since it was Autonation (then Katy Nissan). We are in often as we stay on top of vehicle maintenance. Didn’t reset oil or tire gauges nor did a wash and vac like previous companies. When one is performing service on a vehicle, it’s important to not over look small details as the customer needs to have confidence in service and not question “what else did the tech forget to do?” When having almost $1300 service done, I don’t think having an expectation for the technicians to be thorough and include a complimentary wash/vac is too much to ask. More
All the services are overcharged. The representative was in a hurry, did not have time to explain or talk to me “did you check your text?”. I did not like it at all!
