Alexandra was great! I was surprised I took my Armada that was purchased only 3 months ago for 1st service and it already required air filter change which was not covered I was surprised I took my Armada that was purchased only 3 months ago for 1st service and it already required air filter change which was not covered under the warranty even though I bought it 0 miles, so what;s really covered its unknown... The car was returned unwashed and normally there is a complimentary wash with service. I also highlighted that my rear camera was not working as expected, super blurry image, they said, it was checked and everything was fine, so I just need to stick around with a terrible quality camera... I have purchased 3 cars already from this dealership and feel like the quality of customer service and experts technicians had dropped big time, that is the reason of giving them only 1 star! Hope these reviews are read carefully and taken into account for future improvements. More
