The communication level was poor on updates, and would have been a lot easier if the problem was explained to me in better detail. (Apparently the amount of water coming in through my sunroof is “normal” have been a lot easier if the problem was explained to me in better detail. (Apparently the amount of water coming in through my sunroof is “normal”- Jamie has a video of it if you care to view it) I would have had my truck back sooner, and your rental would have had less miles put on it. When I’m getting different stories from another service rep, my service rep, and the mechanics that did the work, it did not make me confident at all that my brand new 2022 Pro4x was handled with care or consideration. I always have a good experience when I go to this dealership. Everyone is friendly, courteous and willing to help. Alex is my service writer and she's great. Yesterday I bought a new vehicle and T dealership. Everyone is friendly, courteous and willing to help. Alex is my service writer and she's great. Yesterday I bought a new vehicle and Trace Morris was my salesman and he was fabulous as well. The ladies in the office where you pay for service are great as well. Thank you Shottenkirk for an easy, fun experience. Oh and the video from the service technician is fantastic. I love that part. More
