It is unreasonable to charge for two diagnostic tests. We ended up paying $574 for an oil change and diagnostic testing, and we were informed that the double charge was for two different reasons. However, We ended up paying $574 for an oil change and diagnostic testing, and we were informed that the double charge was for two different reasons. However, at the end, we were told that it was actually for two hours of diagnostic testing. Despite the cost, they did not even clean our car. We are unsatisfied with the service provided. More
