I brought my car in for a check engine light and when I arrived I was greeted promptly and the service writer Martin introduced himself. He went over the issues with me and said he would follow up in the a arrived I was greeted promptly and the service writer Martin introduced himself. He went over the issues with me and said he would follow up in the afternoon. I received a call from Martin informing me of everything that was going on with the car. He offered to set up a loaner car for me the next morning since the part was on backorder. Picking up the loaner was simple and quick Martin had Alexandra take care of it the next morning since he was off. I received a call from Martin Monday letting me know that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Overall since I purchased this car it has been a positive experience and this service experience was just another positive for Shottenkirk. More
