I purchased a car for my twins and 23 days later the motor blew up leaving my 16 year old son stranded on the side of the 35N Expressway. I contacted the dealership and they said they would need to evaluate the vehicle. I paid to get the vehicle towed over 40 miles to the dealership. I spoke with 2 different managers that never returned my calls or text messages. I asked to speak to the general manager and not only did he never call me the sales manager, Nick Castro, told me he would follow up which he never did. They were going to charge me a couple thousand dollars more to replace the motor than my mechanic. They had my car longer at the dealership evaluating the vehicle than I owned it. After weeks of being there it got towed back to my mechanic yeserday (5 days later than they told me it would be) with NO assistance with the thousands of dollars that I'm going to pay to have the motor replaced after owning the car for 3 weeks. NOTHING! They could have offered something to assist as the cost of the repairs are going to cost over half the amount I paid for the vehicle. More
Was not given the price of my truck until it was time to sign the contract. Salesman said he didn’t know the price of the truck only the sales manager and I wouldn’t know until signing paperwork. Upon arriving to the dealership we learned that their prices online are not their actual prices of the vehicles they selling. They have non-negotiable fees tacked on to each vehicle. Fees are about $3000-$4000 on top of the prices posted online. After going back and forth for an hour about the cost of their vehicle and getting them to bring the price of their vehicle down, we purchased the vehicle in cash. The sales man told us that if we would each, my husband and I, give him a good google review he would fill the car up. We each did that and he did NOT fill the car up. He put about 1/2 a tank in. 6 weeks later we had not received tags, so we called and they ended us to come back because they hadn’t inspected the vehicle and couldn’t provide tags. They didn’t call us. We called them. So we had to them drive 2 hours back to them and get the inspection done and then wait to receive the tags. Detail was terrible, I listed issues to salesman and he went to manager told us all issues would be fixed. A week later went to get truck and almost nothing was done. Salesman wasn’t available to get clarification, sales manager wouldn’t come talk about it, declined one major issue I asked to be done, had factory bars installed and heard a rattling when driving home climbed under and they broke mounts while installing, serviced engine and spilt oil all over engine so smelt burning oil for 3 days fog lights didn’t work, tailgate would barely open I had to Lube it and works fine, overall a bad experience and will not ever purchase again from them More

The staff is ok. However the way they conduct their business leaves much to be desired. We're told one thing by sales another by service. They keep saying with just a 1000 down our selection is limited. I'm quite sure we are not the only couple with that down payment, frankly I feel disrespected and snubbed. We were sold a car asked to wait for delivery. Everyday it would be delivered the next day and then 5 DAYS LATER they tell us the car is not eligible for resale. Their term was "the brain is fried". My wife was called and told to come out there saturday but after driving the 73 miles she was told they couldn't do anything cause the bank was closed. They put a little gas in the car and sent er home. We were told to come on monday and pick out a car and they would make it work. On monday they gave us a choice of 2 cars that they picked out of probably 200 on the lot and said that was all that fit the criteria for our $1,000 down and credit score ( whole different attitude from last Tues when they were selling us a lemon they had advertised) When told we wanted our money back, they said they would mail a check. We gave them cash and wanted it back in cash, we couldn't even get a check, Said they have to mail it. So I expect it in about a week.? These are not people to do business with. The finance guy is not listed unless there is no picture. . More
